The accident happened when the singer was going for a walk and was about crossing an intersection when a car making a turn knocked her off, as the driver of the car claimed that she didn't her her.
The impact of the accident sent ASA into a brief shock as paramedics were called immediately and resuscitate the Nigerian music super star. However no arrest was made but the driver of the car got a caution while the police who came to the scene gave ASA a drive home. The accident could have been fatal if ASA was not on alert.
